Hats off to Walk to End Alzheimer’s team captains

The Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s® is the world’s largest fundraiser for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. This inspiring event calls on participants of all ages and abilities to join the fight against the disease.

We have 17 Walks across North Carolina that take place from September – November, but it’s never too early to sign up a team. To encourage you to get a head start, we are giving you our hats – literally – when you register, start a team and make a self-donation between January 13 – 31. It’s a chance to commit early and take advantage of all the events and activities leading up to your Walk event.

  1. Visit Alz.org/Walk and find the Walk event nearest you
  2. Click Register
  3. If you’re a new participant, click Start a Team
  4. If you are a returning Team Captain, log in with your username and password, then choose to start a new team or restart your team from last year.
  5. Make a self-donation of any amount
  6. We will send you a Walk Team Captain ballcap you can wear with pride!

But hurry, this offer is only good January 13-31.

We appreciate your dedication in the fight to #ENDALZ and we look forward to seeing you sporting your new Team Captain ballcap on Walk Day. Let’s make 2025 the best Walk Season yet!

The Alzheimer’s Association hosts 17 walks across North Carolina. The Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s is the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. Since 1989, the Alzheimer’s Association® mobilized millions of Americans in the Alzheimer’s Association Memory Walk®; now the Alzheimer’s Association is continuing to lead the way with Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
