Join us for the month’s featured topic:
Ask the Expert – Cognitive Assessments: Part I
Friday, September 11 | 2:00 – 2:30 p.m.
As we age, it’s important for healthcare providers to have a baseline for our complete wellness, including brain health. Cognitive assessments help providers measure your brain health and track changes. If you’re having concerns about your memory and are questioning how to talk about it with your provider, join us as we address cognitive assessments and the Annual Medicare Wellness Visit. We’ll explore questions like What is a cognitive assessment and what does it measure? When are cognitive assessments done and by who?
