Listening Session Seeks Input on Unique Needs of Sandhills Region

The Alzheimer’s Association in North Carolina, as part of the Tri-County Dementia Partnership, will be hosting a set of listening sessions in August to hear from local area residents of Cumberland, Harnett and Hoke counties.

The forum is a gathering for people who have been affected by Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. The program will review the basics of these conditions, services and resources offered by the Association and strategies to expand the reach of local programs and services. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions about the disease and discuss their experiences and needs and discover how to engage in the cause. Bring a friend and share your thoughts about how the Association can help more people in the Sandhills Region of North Carolina.
